Door V: The Narrow
"Door V: The Narrow" comes from a series of metaphysical doors, some religious and some psychological. Inspiration for "The Narrow" came from scripture. I used to sing in the choir in an old church - from there I could look at the entrance door (closed during service) and a narrow side opening with a staircase that led to the balcony. Obviously my mind was straying off the sermon - looked like the stairway to Heaven to me!
