Beth Stafford

This is from a series I called "Brickworks". I found a large glass "brick" on sale at Lowe's and brought it home to use as a viewfinder. When a print would misfire or just ask for more investigation, I would stick it behind the brick and get some really wild material for more art! "Cool Java" got its name from a previous color trial that I called "Hot Java" (it looked like latte with sprinkles). I did a second version (also here) with a more linear look.
